Each Frida Go experience is individually designed and often involves advance arrangements with trusted local partners across Cornwall.

This policy is intended to be clear and fair.


1. Securing Your Booking

  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before your tour
  • Bookings within 30 days require full payment

2. If You Need to Cancel

As each Cornwall tour is individually designed and often involves pre-arranged reservations:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before your tour will be refunded in full, less the initial deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before your tour will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before your tour are non-refundable.
  • Non-attendance on the day is non-refundable.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.Please notify us in writing as soon as possible.


3. Third-Party Arrangements

Some elements such as private charters, accommodation or specialist experiences may be non-refundable.

Where costs have already been committed, these will be deducted from any refund.


4. Changes & Rescheduling

We will always do our best to accommodate changes.

Requests made more than 7 days in advance are usually possible.
Changes closer to the date may involve supplier charges.


5. If We Need to Cancel

In the unlikely event we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, we will offer:

  • An alternative date, or
  • A full refund

6. Travel Insurance

We recommend appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellations and unexpected changes.
